DESCRIPTION

BENVOLIO 1938 ORGANIC PEANUT SEED OIL
is controlled and bottled in Italy and obtained by mechanical pressing, from a careful selection of the best peanut seeds belonging to the Arachis hypogaea variety from 100% organic farming of non-European origin.
Mechanical pressing, a technique that preserves its organoleptic properties, takes place without the use of solvents; instead, subsequent filtration and purification takes place in a steam current, unlike conventional oils.
PEANUT OIL PROPERTIES
Benvolio 1938 Peanut Oil contains more than 50 percent monounsaturated fatty acids, includingoleic acid, which has several properties: reduction of the oil’s susceptibility to rancidity and preservation from oxidative processes, thus giving it greater resistance in cooking, at high temperatures.
In addition to its high oleic acid content, Benvolio 1938 peanut oil has high contents of linoleic acid, the precursor of “omega 6,” which are essential fatty acids that are not synthesized by the body and must be introduced exclusively through diet.
These characteristics, combined with the good content of Vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant, make peanut oil a good substitute for animal fats such as lard, butter or lard.
We recommend taking peanut oil together with oils rich in omega-3 fatty acids such asBenvolio1938hemp oil orBenvolio 1938 flaxseed oil.
PEANUT SEED OIL AND ORGANIC EXTRACTS
The formula is enriched with organic sage and bay leaf extracts that help preserve the product’s quality properties and make every dish enjoyable.
PEANUT OIL FOR FRYING
It is ideal for cooking and frying. Due to its high smoke point, about 230°C, and its resistance to thermal degradation, it is one of the most suitable seed oils for obtaining crispy and golden fried foods that are at the same time healthy and light.
It can also be used raw for making vegetable preserves, accompanying sauces and mayonnaise. To keep its nutritional properties intact, we recommend using it raw on elaborate salads with fresh, dried fruits and nuts.
Administered as a supplement, peanut oil is a good natural purifier for the intestines.
PEANUT OIL FOR SWEETS
Its slightly sweet taste and particularly temperature-resistant composition also make it perfect for baking and as a substitute for butter.
FOR COSMETIC USE
Benvolio 1938 peanut seed oil is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids that help repair the skin barrier and impart an anti-aging effect, counteracting wrinkles and aging processes.
Thanks to vitamin E and resveratrol, a substance also found in grapes and wine, Benvolio 1938 peanut seed oil has anti-inflammatory and antimutagenic properties; it is also found to protect the skin from UV damage.
Benvolio 1938 peanut oil can also be useful in cases of sunburned, dry, and dehydrated skin; in these cases, a few drops of this oil can be massaged into moistened skin.
FEATURES
Peanut seed oil is an oil with a straw-yellow color and neutral odor and flavor. Storage should always be in tightly closed containers so that it does not come into contact with the environment, away from light and heat sources.

5 Tips on How to Fry in the best way
We know it: frying is good, fun and “social”. The most delicious cooking method ever, brings everyone together around that sizzle that makes your mouth water: we can’t wait to eat croquettes, meatballs or chips with our hands and in company. We also know that frying is to be used sparingly, especially for its significant caloric intake. However, there are some rules that ensure correct frying: let’s see them together!
Do you have any questions we haven't answered?
The high smoke point is one of the main reasons why peanut oil is one of the best oils for frying. High-temperature frying allows food to cook quickly, resulting in a crispy coating with very little oil absorption.
Although crude peanut oil has a nutty aroma, refined oil is odorless. Hence, it does not interfere with the flavor of formulated foods.
The development of abnormal odors and tastes is quite low when frying with peanut oil partly because of its relatively higher content of saturated and monounsaturated fatty acids, which make peanut oil more stable than many other vegetable oils, such as soybean oil. Hence, peanut oil is better suited to prolonged exposure to high heat, minimizing the formation of harmful oxidation products.
