- 500 g of chicken breast, cut into strips
- 50 ml of organic tamari sauce
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 zucchini, julienned
- 2 spring onions, sliced (white and light green parts)
- 100 g of white cabbage, finely shredded
- 2 tablespoons of Benvolio Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of honey (optional, for a touch of sweetness)
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Preparation

1. Prepare the ingredients
Wash and prepare the vegetables:- Slice the spring onions thinly.
- Peel the carrot and cut it into thin slices.
- Wash the zucchini and cut it into julienne strips.
- Shred the white cabbage finely.

2. Cook the vegetables
