Against the First Cold Days: The 3-Oil Elixir to Regenerate Your Hair
With the arrival of the first cold days, windy weather, and typical autumn humidity, hair is the first to suffer: it loses shine, becomes dehydrated, and gives in to frizz. Protecting and restructuring your locks doesn't require magic formulas or harsh treatments, but a natural synergy of three organic botanical oils capable of deeply nourishing the hair fiber.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of Organic Coconut Hair Oil: nourishing base rich in lauric acid that deeply penetrates the hair shaft to prevent breakage.
- 1 tablespoon of Organic Avocado Oil: rich in vitamin E and monounsaturated fatty acids, ideal for restoring elasticity and sealing dry ends.
- 1 teaspoon of Organic Pumpkin Seed Oil: active concentrate of zinc and phytosterols to add body to the hair fiber and tone the scalp.
Instructions
- In cooler temperatures, Organic Coconut Hair Oil tends to solidify. Scoop 2 tablespoons of product and gently warm it in a water bath (bain-marie) until fluid. Remove from heat, add the Organic Avocado Oil and Organic Pumpkin Seed Oil, and stir until thoroughly blended.
- Lightly dampen your hair with lukewarm water (moisture opens the cuticles and helps the oil absorb without weighing hair down). Distribute the blend section by section, focusing on lengths and ends.
- Gather your hair and wrap it in a shower cap or a warm towel. The trapped heat will help nutrients penetrate deep into the hair shaft. Leave on for at least 30–40 minutes.
- 4. Detersione e RisciacquoBefore wetting your hair again, massage a small amount of shampoo directly onto dry/oiled hair to bind the oil residue. Rinse with lukewarm water and proceed with a second light wash.
