Benvolio from 1938 selects the best raw material and guarantees the quality of the product along the whole productin chain from the seeds to the shelf. Corn oil is extracted from the dried seeds of the Zea Mais L. plant. It is<strong> rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids<\/strong>, particularly linoleic acid (<strong>Omega-6<\/strong>), and it has a low saturated fatty acids content which makes it suitable for a balanced anti-cholesterol diet.\r\n\r\nThis oil is a <strong>source of vitamin E<\/strong> and it is indicated for <strong>raw dressing<\/strong>. Our organic corn oil is used for dressing raw<strong> or cooked dishes<\/strong> in a way that does not alter their flavor. It is not recommended for frying because it does not show great resistance to high temperatures.\r\n\r\nIdeal as a dressing on salads and vegetables.
