Joyl corn seed oil is extracted from the dried seeds of Zea Mais L. Plant. It is <strong>rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids<\/strong>, particularly <strong>linoleic acid<\/strong>, and it has a low saturated fatty acids content which makes it suitable for a balanced anti-cholesterol diet, in particular it helps maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels. This oil is a <strong>source of vitamin E<\/strong> and it is indicated for raw dressing.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"p1\">It is <strong>not recommended for frying<\/strong> because it does not show great resistance to high temperatures. Corn oil has a high phytosterol content compared to several other cooking oils. Phytosterols are potentially anti-inflammatory, and eating a diet rich in anti-inflammatory foods may decrease your risk of certain conditions, such as heart disease and diabetes. Additionally, phytosterols are known to help block your body\u2019s absorption of cholesterol.
